A Wiki is a website that can be made very easily. Information can be made very easy to understand using words, sounds, videos and pictures. Groups and services can have their own Wiki to tell other people about what they do. All Wikis have the same design.

Wiki Builders are the people who put the information onto a Wiki for other people to look at and listen to. They might be members of staff or service users who volunteer for their group or service.

With Redbridge money we want to employ young people with learning disabilties to make Wiki websites for organisations in our borough.

The portal is the main website where you go to find links to all of the Wiki websites of organisations and find information on different topics.

Portal Editors are the team that chooses what information goes where on the portal website for others to look at. Their job is very important, because they check everything so that people can find the information that they need.
